Information for Authors

Invitation letters: for purposes of obtaining a visa, please send a request for a letter to wsc2014chair@gmail.com.

A paper must accompany all presentations and tutorials. Key dates for submission of papers and poster abstracts are listed below. Go to WSC 2014 Online Submission to submit papers and poster abstracts. All papers and poster abstracts will be peer reviewed.

The WSC Author Kit provides guidance and templates (one for Word and one for LaTex) for preparing papers for WSC. Note that full papers must be 5 to 12 pages in length and must use one of the provided templates. Panel and Tutorial papers may be up to 15 pages in length.

Accepted papers will be published in the CD-ROM version of the conference proceedings which will be copyrighted and widely disseminated. The proceedings of the WSC are listed in the ACM and IEEE digital libraries. In addition, proceedings from all previous Winter Simulation Conferences can be accessed openly in the Winter Simulation Archive.
