Simulation Optimization

We would like to receive papers on both theoretical and application aspects of simulation optimization. In particular, we welcome papers with methodological elements, e.g., analyzing properties of specific simulation models that lead to new or improved optimization techniques, developing new computational algorithms for general problem classes that have applications in many areas. We also welcome papers from application areas such as healthcare, network applications, communications, financial engineering, and energy systems, where new or existing simulation optimization techniques are developed or applied.
